XiamthemountainX Posted May 1, 2012 Author Share Posted May 1, 2012 I was counting casual walking and walking my dogs as cardio, but it really doesn't because my heart rate isn't up high enough/long enough to make any progress, so now I'm committed to 60 minutes on the "Fat burn" option on the elliptical machine every day unless I train at MMA gym for two hours straight on Wednesdays, and Sundays are my only full off day.
