Oh I'm so hyped. I'm going to make this tomorrow. I really like the tip on how to season the tofu to make it taste more like a scrambled egg. I am still in the middle phase not totally vegan but I eat vegan often. I have more than once in the past put a real egg ontop of a veggie burger, I just love the contrast. Great tip, and the video is done well.
