squating shoes

sorry for my bad english, i'm from Russia)
i dont know how do you call special shoes for squating. does anyone use it? and where did you get vegetarian ones? is there any online store, where i can order a pair?

Make sure your shoe has a heel to it, squat-specific shoes tend to have a wooden heel. This allows the hips to open a little more than they would when you're squatting barefoot or in flat soled shoes.
