they are really addicting. the chocolate reminds me too much of a vitamin/chalky...while you can taste a bit of it in the almonds its not as bad and reminds me somewhat of white chocolate. that said, highly addicting, loads of sugar...i was using these like candy while bulking and i was a mess! ha. but this is my last hurrah!!!!

I don't notice the vitamin/chalky taste.... I get the chocolate peanut butter one and I only taste the peanut butter :) I am a PB fiend.....

wow i had a half opened one in my drawer (mint chocolate) from months ago and its still chewy and tastes the same( didnt eat it spit it out lol, although i may eat it later) that says something right there. we need to all stop eating them lol.

Mmmmm, bug bite chocolates! I love them! You know what is even better? Whole Foods Organic Chocolate Truffles (that only seem to be sold during the winter holiday season - I think I see them after Halloween, just before Thanksgiving). Melt in your mouth chocolate! Glad they are not selling them now! I will definitely put them on my bulking season list though!

So, I had one last night after reading this... damn you! All I can taste is chalky vitamins now! jk :mrgreen:
I couldn't find that flavour at the store, so I checked the CLIF website and they have way more flavours than I had thought... I might have to order some. I wish they they sold a sampler pack; I hate to have to commit to a whole box.

I liked the mint chocolate builder bars for a while.... they get kind of chewy after a bit.... better if you heat them a little (makes the protein part more tolerable).

Leg Press 90x20, 180x15x4
Plie Squats: 40x25x4
Walking Lunges: 40lbs x30 stepsx4
Smith Squats: +20x20, 40x20, 60x20x2
One leg squats on smith: +20x20x4 each leg.
Smith Calf Raise: +20x15x3
Leg ext Drop set: 70x10, 55x10, 40x10, 25x10...four times
Seated Calf Raise: 35x15x3
Weighted crunches supersetted with rope crunches: +25x30, 110x30...four times
Leg Raises (captains chair bosu ball thinger): bodyweight x20
18 minutes HIT on treadmill, level 20. My heels were so painful i had to stop. Did 15 more mins on the bike for 150 cals...
this whole workout took me almost three hours

on the clif bars i really think we should all stop eating them! the fact that it basically stayed fresh open in a drawer in my room, which gets hot cause it's the third floor, is a huge red flag! only on cheat day. let's unite lol.

128.6 yesterday. 16:30 on treadmill 12.0% 4.1 mph, 11:30 mins on bike level 12, 22 more mins on treddy same level. i took a break for the bike due to heel pain, then changed my sneakers and my heel felt better on the treddy again, hits my ankle higher up. honestly tho 50 minutes of cardio was the worst! ugh. i want to do a hot yoga class this weekend, of course not in place of cardio but in addition. i like the way the sweat feels and the heat. and my stupid gym closed the sauna cause ppl were starting fires. 128.8 today. instead of a full day off per week on tuesday doing my LIT and Thursday my HIT....worked out better with my schedule. and it doesnt seem so overwhelming. of course coach is probably taking away my off time soon! :(
