40 mins LIT - 4.1 MPH 12.0% incline. UGH this is too much to do all at once before lifting and HIT...i need to get up earlier and do at least 20 mins in the morning or something.. I think it's worse mentally than phsyically. Just so long!! this is the first time Ive done 40 mins all at once and then the rest of the work out ugh..
DB overhead supersetted with db laterals: 20x15, 10x15...four times
Uprights supersetted with db front raises: 40x15, 10x15...four times
Back shrugs supersetted with regular shrugs: 25x15, 25x15, four times
isolateral shoulder press: 25 each side x15 x4
started to superset these with standing oblique crunches but i think a muscle is pulled in my side, only did the first two sets; 25x20, 35x20. maybe ill throw in some abs tomorrow after my HIT at night.
reverse pec dec: 20x15x3
tricep cable press down: 50x20, 60x20, 70x16, 90x10, drop 70x10, 60x15?? 50? something...
one handed head bangers 12.5x15x3
overhead tricep rope: 30x15x4
30 mins HIT level 20, 324 cals. lower speed...wanted to die!! and give up!!! ugh.
