40 mins LIT - 4.1 MPH 12.0% incline. UGH this is too much to do all at once before lifting and HIT...i need to get up earlier and do at least 20 mins in the morning or something.. I think it's worse mentally than phsyically. Just so long!! this is the first time Ive done 40 mins all at once and then the rest of the work out ugh..
DB overhead supersetted with db laterals: 20x15, 10x15...four times
Uprights supersetted with db front raises: 40x15, 10x15...four times
Back shrugs supersetted with regular shrugs: 25x15, 25x15, four times
isolateral shoulder press: 25 each side x15 x4
started to superset these with standing oblique crunches but i think a muscle is pulled in my side, only did the first two sets; 25x20, 35x20. maybe ill throw in some abs tomorrow after my HIT at night.
reverse pec dec: 20x15x3
tricep cable press down: 50x20, 60x20, 70x16, 90x10, drop 70x10, 60x15?? 50? something...
one handed head bangers 12.5x15x3
overhead tricep rope: 30x15x4
30 mins HIT level 20, 324 cals. lower speed...wanted to die!! and give up!!! ugh.

30 mins HIT level 20 330 cals. i picked at my damn ankle today and made it bleed and suffered through the consequences.
ab-x contraption thing bodyweight x50, 25, 25, 25
100 sit ups no added weight.

Are you still taking Lipo?
Does it still work for you in giving you energy?

I am taking LIPO. I really dont know about energy. If I had a chance to fall asleep at any point during the day I would, but when I get into bed at 11, i toss and turn and have to pee until like 12:30...and the anxiety at night...big time...

You will get leaner - every day you go forward.

I wonder, did you drink water on the day of the shoot? or did you hold back and not drink any the day before and on the day of the shoot?

Is your coach making any carb loading and depleting days with you to see how your body reacts?

Your best one is the first one with the cat, and the 4th one - backside and side angle shot. The mirror one is cool too.

OK. It is better to be safe than sorry I guess.

As you know, I like to play around and see what my body can do, and make notes on it - to use it when I need to.

I wonder if it would ease you to think that you have all summer to do shows. You have one that you are going to peak for. . . but if for some reason you are not happy with the results, remember that you can proceed to another show, and try and find a way to better yourself. Yeah, you might have to do some traveling to be in a Natural BB show. . but still.... anyways, that is how I am handling my stress. I have 2 more shows that I can do - before I leap into bulking season LOL!
