:) Good stuff.

Back is looking solid. That is my favorite muscle group to train as well. Some people don't like training back because they can't "see" it being trained such as biceps in the mirror or arms, shoulders, chest, abs, legs, etc. in general, but back is just the most fun for me.

It clearly seems like a strength for you too.

I'm recently developed a love of back training... I find i get the strongest pumps on back and bicep day
