Im a girl,22 years old ,2 years Vegan.
im working about getting a six pack abs, i started before 2 months, and now i can see a little bit of the ABS, but im still too fat lol
let me know what you think :)

so i almost one month after i post it , i lost 2 kg :)
before 6 months i was 60 kg , now im 53 :)
is there different between those ??

Great progress! Looking good just be patient keep doing what you're doing that part where you get to showing the abs is the toughest for most of us.

Definitely looking thinner! Do you exercise your abs at all? You won't have any abs that can show through if you don't grow the muscle....

Try changing it up. Do some hanging leg raises perhaps?

There is no substitute for hanging leg raises! :-D

I found that out after investing in one of those contraptions you hang in your doorway. I was kinda skeptical of its quality and usefulness at first but after doing my first pull up and handing leg raises routines there is no looking back!
