hi friend, is about a month that I entered in your diary, and I'm surprised by the results! compliments mainly for the fact that you rely on supplements, but only to the hard work and eating clean!

incredible and inspiring!
p.s. there WAS no "belly" before, for real? lots body dysmorphia running around these parts.
I wish people saw how amazing they look & not find the flaws first, I am victim of doing this all the time too!

Hi, i am trying to follow the 811 diet, but right now is a bit hard for me, cause these past years i ate a tons of refined cereals, so i would like to change all to raw.

Can u share your meals log?

hi, thanks!
i actually eat high carb low fat... not real fruity 811 diet :D but i eat lots of fruit that is for sure!
typical meals are like 10 bananas, or 1,5 kg potato, or 500 g hummus, lots of bread, etc...

PS: i make my own hummus... low fat, just a touch of tahini, and loots of chickepas, lemon...
