Can you tell us what if any supplements you use? You look outstanding overall and I'm hardly in a position to offer critical comments. But if I were you I'd try to get my traps bigger (and continue the pec improvement). If your upper traps ever caught up to your lats, you'd be huge.

Wow! What's your diet like? Approximate macros; I would love to see, it would be greatly appreciiated!

 

Also, do you do a split workoout or a full body workout?

Macros: I really don't know exactly. But I tend to eat lots of carbs, and almost no fats. Something like 80/10/10 diet, but also cooked food (potatoes, legumes, grains, corn bread, etc). But generally, I eat lots of fruits. 7-10 bananas, 1 kg of grapes, 5 kg of watermelon - that is one meal for me, and I have like 4-5 in one day. When I eat cooked food, it is like 1 kg of cooked potatoes, or 250 g (dry weight) of chickpeas or lentils, etc... I eat veggies moderately, predominantly green.

No more then 1 teaspoon of olive oil, or 5 spoons of hemp seeds, or 100 g of almonds in one day. Very little fats, as I said.

WORKOUT: no plan at all. I tried every possible split, and now I know there is only one "big" rule - train hard and not too long, go home and rest. Everything else is just a variation, good as any other. And I do also yoga sometimes or I exercise in park on bars.

No supplements. I take here and there a hemp protein powder, but not often. I agree with your comment: I need bigger upper traps and yes - ypu can never get pecs big enough!!!

I will never be huge, though, I am not that tall - 178 or 179 cm

So you're about 5'9"? Would you mind telling us how much you weigh? To me, you look very big and I would believe you if you said 220 but I think it's a case where muscles make you look heavier than you really are (which is a good thing!) and you're probably more like 180.

I have 73 kg , which is 160 pounds (US)

I told you, I am not big at all... I may just have good camera or something

Hi, guys!

Recently I switched to Pete Sisco's Static contraction training, and I really feel I am getting somewhere. During time, I realized I need more rest and less workout. Maybe it's just me, but for me working out 2 times a week is optimum. And I love these static exercises, they feel refreshing

hi friend, is about a month that I entered in your diary, and I'm surprised by the results! compliments mainly for the fact that you rely on supplements, but only to the hard work and eating clean!

p.s. there WAS no "belly" before, for real? lots body dysmorphia running around these parts.

I wish people saw how amazing they look & not find the flaws first, I am victim of doing this all the time too!
