You've got nice strength on bent-over rows. That looks really good. Well done.

Hope all is well.

It is summer-like weather already where you are?

Thanks Robert. I'm a natural rower; I rarely train them and I can still put up pretty decent numbers for my weight on both the barbell & dumbbell. I try to concentrate on form more than anything (hence the rack), although that goes for most everything I do nowadays. Weather's actually been well in the desert thus far; lots of time in the 70s & low 80s. The heat won't really set in 'til July. Doing a lot more outside to take advantage of it.

That is great to hear. I could tell those were strong lifts for you. Great that you focus on form too. I lose form a bit especially when trying to go heavy, but I'm working on a mixture of good solid flow of movement and trying to move some heavy weights. Sometimes it's pretty, sometimes it isn't

Enjoy that sunny weather. Great time to be outdoors!

A philosophy I've adopted over the last year or so is to make each exercise look beautiful (as much as I can anyway). That's a big reason why I keep the reps low; I'll just do more sets of singles, doubles, or triples if I want more volume, at least on the big lifts. It keeps me honest & safe too. Hope Texas is treating you well.
