It is just a salt issue. Don't know why you are still having peanut butter before bed though. And look at every ingredient you have for sodium something in it. I even think peanut butter (unless raw and unsalted) has salt in it. I am going to have to give up my Vega protein powder because it has such a high salt content. Most processed food items will have salt in it.

The new pose vid looks better than the other one. I will say that I love that color on you! Can you just tie it to the bottoms with that suit?
I also noticed that you had alot more expression on your face that matches the music. Like you were getting into the character/image of what you are presenting to the audience/judges. Love it!

Thank you. Walking around good idea...practicing soon. I weighed myself again at 9am after coffee, tea, liter of water, oats, and cardio and weighted 118.0..and just finished my last workout...

OK so these are the moves for sure. its a bit more variety but i dont want it to be too complicated because i need to start memorizing now!! aghhhhhh... this room is small but i want to add walking from right to left on the stage in the intro part, the part where the song changes, and when i go into side chests....god i cant wait to eat that damn sweet potato tomorrow.

awesome! posing is coming along good I think, looks more comfortbale. Getting up on a stage and doing it takes a lot of guts, so hats off to you and best of luck to you as well! You have for sure put in the work and dedication. I hope you have a fun time

omg thank u. spray tan makes such a huge difference!!! but i already got tofu juice and pb on it so thank god for touch ups...video of routine coming soon...1/2 a sweet potato was just banging omg!!! the diet is basically over!!!

also had a photo shoot today and it came out great. it was basically my vision from the very beginning - vegan booty shorts with a back double biceps...was just too fat to do it until today lol! should get them by monday or tuesday and post..

OMG im sweating and my tan is getting all messed up and i smelllllll.. and im not allowed to change out of these clothes.
heres a video. i think i have the moves...i just need to practice on the stage tomorrow at some point so i can do it and move aorund a lot . no room here.

THank you!!!! everybody!!! fell asleep at 12am, i woke up at 3:30am. WEnt to the A&P. Bought grapes, bananas, chocolate bar with rice milk, and mint chip coconut ice cream. 113.6 lbs this am....checking into the show in just under 3 hours...
