Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hello everyone,

I haven't been very active on this forum, but I'd like to get started. I've taken a 90-day challenge to build more muscle, lose fat, gain strength and get healthier. My diet is going to be high raw (80% or more), all vegan and gluten-free, with a focus on foods that are low glycemic. You can either follow my blog on Facebook or on my actual blog. Thanks Fallen-Horse. Yes, it's going really well. I feel like I'm losing fat, even though I've only lost about 3 pounds in 11 days. My strength training is coming along nicely, so I think I'm gaining muscle. Here's my latest blog:

I checked out your blog, good stuff but did you hit a stopping point at day 62? Or have you continued to train just havent had the chance to blog? I hope you were able to finish your 90 days or if not, pick it back up and get back on the horse (is that a saying?) haha.
