hanging knee raises (arm strap things): bodyweightx25x5
decline sit ups: 20x4 (first ten reps done with resistance band, last ten reps of each set done without).
Meal 1: 1/4 cup oats, 2/3 scoop pea protein, cinnamon, 1 tsp ground flax, 1/4 cup soy milk
snack: 1/2 red pepper, 1 cup lettuce, 1 cup sliced cucumber
Meal 2: 1 cup spinach, 1 cup chick peas, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup mushrooms
Meal 3: black bean spaghetti, 1 tb pb, 1 cup green beans
snack: iced coffee with 1/3 cup soy milk
meal 4: 20 snap peas, 3 brussels, 1 tb pb, 10 asparagus
Meal 5: 1/2 block tofu
post workout: 1/2 avocado
about an hour later meal 6: 3 tb pb, 1/8 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp cocoa powder
1720 calories, 164 carbs, 124 protein, 75 fat
felt like a lot of food today...

walked 2.2 miles around neighborhood last night before meal 5.

Today's weight: 119.8

Yesterday's nutrition
meal 1: 1/ cup oatmeal, cinnamon, 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp ground flax, 1 banana, 1/4 cup soy milk
meal 2: divided into two meals and snacks over 3 hours: 1 cup chick peas, 1 cup califlower, 1 cup steamed spinach, 2 cups raw mushrooms, 1/2 bell pepper, .25 cup soy milk
meal 3: 1 banana, a tb pb, 20 snap peas, 2 pistachios
meal 4: soy bean pasta, 1 tb pb, 10 spear asparagus
meal 5: 3 tb pb, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1/8 scoop pea protein
meal 5: 2 tp pb, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1/8 scoop pea protein
1818 calories, 200 carbs, 117 protein, 74 fat
water is always at least one gallon...before contest i would drink a gallon by like noon and then drink .5 gallons usually at gym, keeping it slightly lower for now, usually finishing gallon by work out time anything at night extra..

may do a high carb weekened with an ice cream and chocolate re-feed...

ok...where is soybean pasta? I love the black bean; just cut and pasted some of your food diet days- I have to do less food tho'...still not at gym but lots of push ups and sit ups..
they are not sticks!!!!!

Will you plan my diet??? You are the perfect vegan diet!

its the same company that makes the black bean, same exact macros same price...tastes the same, more visually appealing since its lighter...when i eat that and not the black bean at least people dont comment that im eating worms.

I swear, I woud totally pay for you to do my days...I always look at your food days and think "I wish I had the patience to think it out and eat like that. " I Did garbanzos at dinner last night and thought of how you eat beans,,,I usually avoid. And will order the soy pasta. The mung bean one tasted yicky. Hope all is OK with your grandpa! Enjoy having him there--its one of life's treats! Nothing like family...even fooked up ones! ( not implying yours is!)

oh and abs kill..cant get up from lying down, pec pain already setting in
diva the mung beans have slightly more carbs per serving and they are mushier, try the other kinds!

Went out to the bar last night. Tried to drink a LIT but couldn't. tried to drink a martini but couldn't so i had wine. 117.6 lbs today...don't feel too good think im gonna take a rest day. well from the gym anyway, but im going surfing with my friends. i dont know how to surf but apparently muscles help. the bar has a free candy bowl. they also give a way free pizza that i coulndt eat thankfully but i ate two packages of mini twizzlers and a sour straw hehe.

yesterday
meal 1: 1/4 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp flax, cinnamon, banana
meal 2: 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1.5 bananas, 1 tb pb
meal 3: black bean spaghetti, 1 tb pb,3/4 cup broccoli, 3 asparagus, 1 cup mushrooms
meal 4:6 brussell, 1/4 cup soy milk, 3 tb pb, 1/4 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp cocoa
pre bar snack: 1/2 avocado, 10 almonds
at the bar: at few sips of the first two drinks i tried, 3 glasses wine, above mentioned candy
meal 6: 3 tb pb, 1 tsp cocoa, 1/4 scoop pea protein
usually when i drink i eat tons of food, proud of myself for sticking with my plan.

2263 cals, 209 carbs, 117 protein, 90 fat

2.5 mile walk on beach, then walked out another mile (20 mins, so maybe a bit more) then jogged/sprinted back.
Meal 2: soy bean spaghetti, 1 tb pb, 4 brussell
surfing was ok. small waves, and i was able to stand up a few times, but the board hit me in the leg and hurt a lot so i stopped. i am not willing to risk an injury...apparently i could use a foam board and have less risk of injury...i have surf camp on saturday for work so ill give it another shot then...
Meal 3: 1/2 block tofu, 1 cup sliced cucumber, 1 cup cauliflower with vinegar
Meal 4: 3 tb pb, 1/4 scoop pea protein, cinnamon, 1 tsp cocoa powder
Meal 5: (pictured above) 1/2 block tofu, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 cup mushrooms with bragg liquid aminos and vinegar from jar of hot cherry peppers, 1/4 cup soy milk, handful of lettuce.
Meal 6: 3 tb PB, 1/4 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp cocoa powder, cinnamon
1764 calories, 103 carbs, 145protein, 88 fat. my calculator gives all different values for tofu so they may be a bit off...but basically today was a very low carb day. tomorrow im planning over 200 carbs. we are laying down carpet (lots of furniture moving around and stair climbing) and i also need to do legs and want to kill it! ive been reading up on carb cycling, traditionally if i was doing it correctly be at approx 50 carbs on low days but thats ridiculous. but it makes sense, more carbs on heavy lifting days, less on lighter days and non lifting days. pizza night with the family saturday, i guess ill get my chocolate fix in that night too??

diva, my grandpa is ok and in perfect health, just becoming weaker and less stable on his feet.... weve been trying to get him to move in with us for the past 6 years, ever since my grandma died, but he wanted to keep his independence. he fell twice in the past few weeks and had to get stitches, so he finally realized he shouldnt be alone. my mom would go over there every night and bring him dinner, and my uncle brings him to work every day (yes he still works, does accounting for my uncles store). still walking around and everything...starting to use a walker around the house but can make do with just a can if someone helps him. really amazing. i had to make room in the fridge for his prune juice ;)

Walking lunges: 30x20 steps, 40x20, 50x20, 60x20, 70x20.
Leg press supersetted with duck squats: 90x20, 40x20; 140x16, 40x20; 190x12, 40x20; 210x12, 40x20
Calf ext on leg press: 50x15x4
Romanian dl supersetted with seated calf press: 70x15, 25x15 - four times
Seated Ham curls; 70x15, 85x12? 100x10? 115x3 then dropped it down a bunch of times. maybe three or four times.
Leg ext; 55x16, 70x12, 85x10, 100x8, 115x? then dropped it down a bunch. Just had a ton of energy on these last drop sets but cant remember exactly what i did
30 mins HIIT bike level 15

Meal 1: 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1/4 cup soy milk, cinnamon
Meal 2: 1/4 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup broccoli, soy bean spaghetti, 1 tb pb, 5 brussell sprouts

Meal 4: small banana, 1 tb pb, 1/2 cup blue berries, 1 cup pineapple
Meal 5: 1/2 pack tofu, 4 brussell sprouts, 1/4 cup soy milk, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup spinach (was starving, piled on the veggies)
Meal 6; 1/4 scoop pea protein, 3 tb pb, cinnamon, cocoa powder
1871 calories, 188 carbs, 134 protein, 73 fat
extremely tired....
i think my calorie calculator had chick peas wrong, was way under on their calorie and carb content (like off by 60 calories and 10 carbs)....oh well...
