Oh went to dr. yesterday, said no major health concerns long term as far as rapid weightloss, blood pressure 120/80, legs and glutes feel wrecked today.

Barbell rows underhand: 45x16, 65x16, 75x12, 80x10, 85x8, 90x8
close grip (neutral) pull downs: 70x15, 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x6, 120x4. so theoretically i could do neutral narrow grip pull ups lol??
Wide grip pull downs: 60x15, 70x12, 80x8, 7 then drop set 50lbs superwide x12
Straight pulls: 30x15x4
prone hyper ext: bodyweight x15, +10x14, +25x15, 14
DB curls: 15x15 each side, 25sx5 each side, 6 each side, 20lbs x20 each side
hammer curls: 15x12x4...ish
Barbell curls: 40x12x4
30 mins HIIT bike level 18

pretty hungry/preoccupied with food today, so in induldged in a bunch of extra coffee soy milk, and gum. high carb day cause it was heavy back day
meal 1: 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop pea protein, cinnamon, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1 tsp ground flax
meal 2: soy bean spaghetti, 1 tb pb, 1 cup green beans, 1/4 cup soy milk
meal 3: 1 cup chick peas, 1 cup broccoli
meal 4: 1 tb pb, 1 medium banana, 1 sweet potato (kinda gross cause i microwaved it, too dry)
lifted between these meals
meal 5: 1/2 block tofu, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup raw mushrooms (sautteed in garlic and bragg aminos), 1 tb pb, 1/4 cup soy milk
meal 6: 3 tb pb, 1/8 scoop pea protein, cinnamon, 1 tsp cocoa powder
1882 cals, 191 carbs, 124 protein, 74 fat.

thoughts on my body composition at this point?

30 mins incline treadmill increasing incline as i went 3.8 mph from 5.0% incline to 10.5% 227 calories.
Hanging knee raises (with hands) bodyweight x10, 13. hanging hurt my hands, the original reason i did that was one of the elbow hooks was broken but decided to use one, both arms in one....bodyweight x20x4
standing obqlique crunches: 25x20, 35x20x3
decline sit ups with resistance band (purple band, i think its the easiest one): 20x4
30 mins HIT bike level 17.
Back for chest later woooooo so excited.

Never heard of soy bean spaghetti. Was this something recommended by your trainer. How does the pasta taste. Does a health food store such as Whole foods or fairway sell this

It tastes kinda weird alone but i put pb and liquid aminos on it and it tastes like sesame noodles. coach recommended the macros i found the product. i would assume whole foods sells it, i get it at my local natural store. it would taste good also with tomato sauce or any other kind of pasta sauce or some spices.

chest: flat db press: 10x16, 25x16, 30x12, 35x10, 40x7
incline press; 20x16 25x12, 30x10, 35x6
incline flyes: 15x16, 20x12x4, i think? not sure if i moved to 20 or stayed at 15
flat flyes: 15x15x4
flat bar press down (triceps) 70x16, 80x12, 90x10, 10
overhead triceps rope: 30x12, 16, 16, 16
one handed head bangers: 15x10ish (whatever to failure, 12.5xabout 10-12 each arm depending on failure
cables flyes: 30x16, 40x12, 30x16x2
close grip bench: 45x16x4

meal 1: 1/4 cup oats, 2/3 scoop pea protein, cinnamon, 1/2 cup soy milk
