just finished 5th meal gonna walk around the hood for 2.2 miles. arms felt swol at the gym tonight but i sensed a bit of pudge in my belly that i do not like!!! i keep trying to tell myself this is the same thing that has happened every week after a cheat day but im still bothered, and i reviewed what i did to drop my boston weight and while it was maybe about 100 more calories a day throughout the week since i had off july 4th i added a bunch more low intensity cardio...

oh and vascularity was insane today, especially after i hit those preacher curls. had a new, although small, vein in my bicep only when contracting haha. lots of new details in the forearms

my food prep is kicking my butt. i either run out of veggies too soon or i find im throwing out stuff (like when i think better of eating legumes for a few days bc of carbs). ugh.

I hate running out of veggies!!! I am getting in the habit of overbuying them and sticking them in the freezer. Works great with legumes too!!
