just finished 5th meal gonna walk around the hood for 2.2 miles. arms felt swol at the gym tonight but i sensed a bit of pudge in my belly that i do not like!!! i keep trying to tell myself this is the same thing that has happened every week after a cheat day but im still bothered, and i reviewed what i did to drop my boston weight and while it was maybe about 100 more calories a day throughout the week since i had off july 4th i added a bunch more low intensity cardio...
