I need some advice with my diet to stop/replace eggs ; I have some food restrictions : low fiber diet, allergy to soybeans (ok with tofu), some raw fruits and nuts. * 6h303 eggs-whiteshake of raspberry + banana + oat milk + coconut milkwheat and rice flakes* 9h (before training)Sunwarrior proteinshake with peanut butter + fruit + oat milk* (after training)Sunwarrior protein* 11h30mix quinoa/rice or potatoes with boiled vegetables (spinach, cauliflower...)* 15hShake of fruits + oat milk* 18h30mix rice/quinoa with a tofu and vegetables soup About 2200 Calories, 100g protein, 50g fat (don't remember how many carb).
