Yeah i wear leggings under my pants to stay warm in the AC all day! ugh.
felt like crap all day, tired, weak, hungry, but got a second wind as soon as i started squatting..
Squats: 45x16, 70x16, 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x5
Walking lunges: 40x20 steps, 50x20, 60x20, 70x20x2
Smith Squats supersetted with plie squats: 50x16, 40x20 - four times
calf raise on smith machine: 50x16x4
romanian dead: 60x15, 70x15, 80x12x2
lying leg curls: 40x12x4
leg ext: 70x16, 85x14, 100x12, 115x10, 130x8
standing single leg curls: 15x12x4
30 mins HIIT bike level 18
1785 cals, 150 carbs, 134 protein, 76 fat
meal 1: 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon
meal 2: soy bean pasta, 1 tb pb, 1 cup green beans, 1/3 cup soy milk (approx?)
meal 3: 1 cup lentils, 5 asparagus, 5 brussell,
Meal 4: 3 tb pb, 1/8 scoop pea protein, cocoa powder
meal 5: 1/2 block tofu, 1 cup broccoli, 4 brussell, 1/3 cup soy milk (approx)
meal 6: 3 tb pb, cocoa powder, 1/8 scoop pea protein

40 mins treddy - increasing incline every five mins 5.0 to 8.5% 3.8mph
trx handing knee raises: bodyweight x 30, added 10 lb dumbell between feet x20 drop set ten more reps - four times
standing oblique crunches - 25x25, 35x20x3.
intention was to do 30 mins HIT after abs this am and shoulders tonight but perhaps ill just lower carbs and do 30 mins of cardio tonight. i was hungry and felt it would be best to come home and eat breakfast and perhaps also rest shoulders cause they are sore. legs are fairly sore but not torched as i prefer L:( i guess i gotta watch overtraining.
the thought also occurred to me that i could save a ton of money if i do this contest without a trainer...i can basically repeat what he had me do...i have everything written down here and it's still fresh in my mind. i mean it was great having him but it will probably cost me 600 dollars...and im still at 120 lbs.thoughts on that? will power isn't really an issue, ive been fairly in control of what ive been eating without him, and i know ill have to cut more food around aug 1...i think the only draw back would be getting the timing off, like cutting food too fast (would it hurt me to cut from 1800 cals to 1550 cals starting aug 1, should i be more gradual?) and also he had to tell me exactly when to increase cardio and how much. at the same time im not sure i really need to be that scientific at this point, just need to work hard and focus every day..
omg coffee with soy milk is so delicious and relaxing. im going to miss it when i have to cut it again.. tomorrow going to philly with my mom and having pizza for lunch. i guess ill eat meal 1, bring some protein powder for mid morning, and then pizza and a cupcake and/or coffee will be meals 2 and 3...back to regular for for meals 4, 5, 6...
on august 4th i am working a table at a show
on august 11 im going to same location for another show on a date with the butcher/vegan waiter. LOL. and I'm also dating a mercenary. weird but fun.

I love the increasing incline on the treddy! I start at 1 and work all the way up to 15 and hold that til my time runs out. It is great for working the glutes :)

15 mins HIIT treddy level 20
15 mins HIIT bike level 18

meal 1: 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop pea protein, 1/2 cup soy milk, cinnamon

meal 4: 3 tb pb, 1/8 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp cocoa powder
meal 5: 1/2 block tofu, 1 cup broccoli
meal 6: 3 tb pb, 1/8 scoop pea protein, 1 tsp cocoa powder
very satiated today. not sure why more so than others days. i had originally packed an additional cup of cauliflower and 10 spears asparagus but abandoned them.
1681 cals, 110 carbs, 86 fat, 132 protein

did shoulders. nothing special. no cardio. not motivated/slightly depressed. bought a bunch of fruit and binged on that and cous cous nuts and sweet potato... i can tell myself its a refeed but i know it's not just that...ugh..
