The link above has more progress pictures and a little bit of my story, and i will post some more updated pictures soon. Basically i was 300 lbs. and 35% body fat. Went vegan 6 years ago, dropped 70 lbs., started working out, dropped 30 more. Went raw vegan and dropped 35 more and most of my body fat. Still have some more to go, but feeling better every single day. I started my journey and was inspired by robert cheeke and brendan brazier. I now am a vegan ironman and ultra runner as well as a personal trainer, nutritionist and the COO and founder of Team Green, http://www.goteamgreengo.com/. Haven't been on here is a while but i hope to make more time in the future. Cheers.

nothing booked cause i can call my guy anytime. this year all my $ in going to my wedding, but after i should be able to finish the chest piece and do both sides of my ribcage.

i dont play much anymore, i can, i just spend all my time training, so i guess thats my excuse. i kind of semi retired from music after my last tour.

can't wait for the next update pics i am going to be posting soon, especially since i have gotten rid of more ab area body fat and increased my upper body muscle mass a bit. My back and shoulders have come along nice. Besides my hips down are a pretty sweet transformation since i focus on triathlon. Thanks everyone for the kind words! I will post full body professional pic updates in about a month, maybe less.

I took these leg shots WHILE WORKING OUT. ;)

Calves are flexing during toe raises.

Thighs are burning while doing leg hangs.

Original tats. They look well on you, your shape really sets them off. I think if you grow your pecs much more, it would lose something. I know that sounds weird but hey, whatever works for you. What is the medallion pattern in the center?

thanks. can't wait to get some pro pics in the future so i can show my back and legs, since i do ironman triathlon my legs are pretty legit now. the center pattern is the ramones rock and roll high school, i think i uploaded a picture of it on the first page cause it needs color. can't wait for after sept. cause i'll be able to color it in and get my 2 side pieces. bring on the pain.
