where did u order the pasta from? amazon? that meal is a meal i can swing even when im not dieting. when not dieting one whole TB of PB on it and its bangin and i look forward to it hehe. at about 5-6 bucks a bag it makes four servings, so its like a two dollar meal if u count the liquid aminos and truvia.. well synny you are muscle building right? i better be getting into the 116s asap. maybe tomorrow. 30 mins low intensity before breakfast came home ate. my finger hurts so bad and the back workout sucked. in the mirror while doing pull downs my delts looked sick. wore my powered by tofu tshirt for lifting and the vegan shorts for the first round of cardio. before i lifted finished off 15 more mins low intensity. (15% incline 3.0 mph) deads supersetted with barbell rows. warm up set then 135x12, 65x12 - four times db rows: 25x16, 30x16, 35x12x2 superset: reverse grip pull down, straight pulls, wide grip pull down: 70x15, 30x15, 60x15 - four times seated row wide grip: 50x16, 60x15, 70x12, 80x10? ish...was hard. back hurts now that im sitting here thinking about it prone hyper ext: bwx20, plus 25 lbsx15x4 seated leg curls: 55x15, 70x15, 85x12x2 lying leg curls: 40x15, 45x15x3 couldnt bring myself to do romanians cause of my hand. came home, meal 2, napped (first time i think since ive been dieting and taking caffeine pills, a legit nap...) meal 3, then 25 mins hit. put her on 15.% incline and started at 3.5 mph for 120 seconds, then 90 seconds of 4.5 mph - repeat for 25 mins. gasping for air, wanted to vomit (you know that feeling u get like you want to throw up but you also want to eat? yeah that feeling). ending heart rate 162. ive given up on tofu for meal five and im just mixing pea powder with pb and truvia and salt. will save me time and room in the fridge and i enjoy it more. put the tofu in the freezer for a rainy day. grandpa and i competing for freezer space. me tofu and veggies, him white bread (although i ate like 8 slices of his bread on my last cheat...lol! he's been thriving on it since 1911...) intermittently prepping food, gonna go for a walk..maybe 2.
