where did u order the pasta from? amazon? that meal is a meal i can swing even when im not dieting. when not dieting one whole TB of PB on it and its bangin and i look forward to it hehe. at about 5-6 bucks a bag it makes four servings, so its like a two dollar meal if u count the liquid aminos and truvia..
well synny you are muscle building right? i better be getting into the 116s asap. maybe tomorrow.
30 mins low intensity before breakfast
came home ate. my finger hurts so bad and the back workout sucked. in the mirror while doing pull downs my delts looked sick. wore my powered by tofu tshirt for lifting and the vegan shorts for the first round of cardio.
before i lifted finished off 15 more mins low intensity. (15% incline 3.0 mph)
deads supersetted with barbell rows. warm up set then 135x12, 65x12 - four times
db rows: 25x16, 30x16, 35x12x2
superset: reverse grip pull down, straight pulls, wide grip pull down: 70x15, 30x15, 60x15 - four times
seated row wide grip: 50x16, 60x15, 70x12, 80x10? ish...was hard. back hurts now that im sitting here thinking about it
prone hyper ext: bwx20, plus 25 lbsx15x4
seated leg curls: 55x15, 70x15, 85x12x2
lying leg curls: 40x15, 45x15x3
couldnt bring myself to do romanians cause of my hand.
came home, meal 2, napped (first time i think since ive been dieting and taking caffeine pills, a legit nap...) meal 3, then 25 mins hit. put her on 15.% incline and started at 3.5 mph for 120 seconds, then 90 seconds of 4.5 mph - repeat for 25 mins. gasping for air, wanted to vomit (you know that feeling u get like you want to throw up but you also want to eat? yeah that feeling). ending heart rate 162. ive given up on tofu for meal five and im just mixing pea powder with pb and truvia and salt. will save me time and room in the fridge and i enjoy it more. put the tofu in the freezer for a rainy day. grandpa and i competing for freezer space. me tofu and veggies, him white bread (although i ate like 8 slices of his bread on my last cheat...lol! he's been thriving on it since 1911...)
intermittently prepping food, gonna go for a walk..maybe 2.

getting ahead of myself but can't help getting excited about off season possibilities. here is my new anticipated split to begin 9/17.
Monday: morning 40 mins low intensity treadmill (what am i going to do all morning until 10:30am when work starts?? i like to buy a little time before i eat too...cant justify it if its not low intensity cardio), evening chest and tris
Tuesday; morning 40 mins low intensity treadmill, evening 30 mins HIIT treadmill and ABS
Wednesday: evening legs and HIIT bike. Focus on quads and glutes, 30 mins HIIT bike
Thursday: morning 40 mins low intensity treadmill, evening 30 mins hiit treadmill
Friday: evening shoulders and abs, 30 mins HIIT treadmill
saturday: back, bis, 30 mins HIIT bike
sunday: legs, focus on calves and hams? 30 mins stairmill perhaps, or bike..
That is what works best with my work schedule and meal timing issues etc. days off based on social opportunities and fee for service work opportunities (i was supposed to have that this week but it fell through kind of glad tho). similar meal plan to what i was doing between preps, 1800-2000 calories with carb cycling. some extra clean carbs on weds and saturday (try to cheat then?). also, if there are any weekend nights where i end up going out for a few drinks and am feeling it the next day, i could just skip the extra leg day, if its saturday just move the back day to sunday. i want my legs/glutes bigger and my squats heavier. maybe one day can be a 5x5 day and the other day a pyramid day with higher reps??
maybe too much cardio and not enough rest...i dunno but at the same time i refuse to gain much weight!!!

25 mins HIIT - 2 mins 15.0% 3.5 mph then 2 mins 15.0% 4.5 mph. the first interval high was actually three mins - good song on pandora and beefcake watching...lol. then 2 min intervals for the rest of the 25 mins
db press supersetted with db flyes - four sets, 25s and 15s 12 reps each
incline hammer strength chest press supersetted with assisted dips: 25lbs each side x12 then plus 90 x 12.
barbell curls: 40x15x4
cable flyes (from lowest position): 10lbsx15 supersetted with knee push ups 20 reps - four sets
cable curls with rope supersetted with straight bar cable curls: 40x12, 50x12; then 50x12, 50x12 - three times
