Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

I live close enough for me to go to the gym early morning, conduct my workout, go home, take a nap and then get ready for work. This is great in the summer...but since the seasons are changing I am entertaining the idea of splitting my workout twice per day.

Any advice on this...

I know this is vague but do what works for you. For some people, myself included, a weight workout first thing in the morning is no go. Maybe that's the time to do yoga, cardio, a morning run or whatever then do weights later in the day.

Not vague at all....I understand.

I think I will stick with the morning routine, I usually walk and meditate by the Lake (Lake Michigan...I'm from Chicago) in the evenings...at least while it's warm.

Exactly. If you're curious about something, give it a try and see how it feels. I've experimented with all hours of the day and night, different foods and food combinations before and after, and many other factors that I have control over. I know what works best for me and I've watched it change slightly from year to year, too. Don't hesitate to mix it up and see what it does for ya. Have fun with it!
