did all my cardio, hit was 60 second intervals, chest and bis. did 30 lbs db chest press for 3x12, not bad for starving i guess. some other supersets, dips, push ups, flyes, curls... beach..posing class..walked to foodtown for truvia and browsed the cereal to see whats vegan for the night after the show. corn flakes..captain crunch..any other suggestions??

Burrito chips guac banana ice cream peanut butter. Went out with new coworker friend to tenth ave burrito featured on diners driveins and dives

This is what I see in my mind, when I am next to the meat aisle (which is next to the produce aisle in my neighborhood grocery store), except that it is usually all ground up and in little plastic packages. Should I put a sign on my butt that says, "You are basically eating this if you eat meat"?
I am in a weird mood today (perhaps nasty?).

How tall are you? Have your periods been affected from losing so much weight. What does your coach think of your vegan diet? Can you please post a sample of your cutting and bulking diet.

I saw soybean pasta at whole foods. I noticed it has about 80mg of sodium.

How much longer to the contest? At least it is a healthy addiction. Amazing how being so healthy can break down a person body.

What weight does your period returns? How is your training off season since it seems like you are over training now.

All I could think of at the gym ( both times..cardio a.m. and back/bi pm) was how you inspire me and I wanna weigh 110!

Its like marathon training...you hate ALL of it...you cross the finish line and say "Never Again"...and then 20 minutes later, you are looking in the racing guide for when the next 1/2 or whole is.

You are amazing.
