I just recently ordered a pound of Rice protein from truenutrition.com along with their D-Aspartic Acid Powder and Glutamine Peptides. I was wondering what other if any supplements I would need to get. I am training to be a wrestler so I have been doing a mixture of free weights and body weight exercises. Now I am just trying to make sure I have the right supplements as well. Thank you for any and all advice!
My diet is good, I eat a mixture of fruits, veggies, brown rice, seitan and some tofu. Any liquids are either water, tea, juice and almond milk with the occasional coffee. I usually have a shake before and after working out made with rice protein.
