Hi to everyone and thanks in advance for any suggestions . Ok I recently started using nutiva hemp protein because I heard it was the most complete protein out there but the taste is god awful .I was wondering if I go back to nitrofusion could I mix the two of them together or would that be a bad idea

Unless there are some medications or chemicals in them you can definitely mix them. Getting a variety of foods/proteins/supplements/nutrients/whatever is almost always more beneficial to your body than eating the same things over and over again anyway. I often mix warrior food protein with vega because I want to use up the warrior food and I think it tastes terrible.

I used to mix proteins when I was using whey, but now I use a vegan protein I tend just stick to the one I buy.

I just use a good quality vegetable protein and there has to be nothing artificial in it.

Mine just contains pea protein isolate and natural fruit protein. That's the only ingredients that are listed, and it's 84.31% protein.

I mixed a creatine stack once with some protein powder and a pre workout supplement. Oh sweet Jesus never again. I didn't leave the bathroom for hours.
