Or anyone ever have an ED and have tips? Thanks, Tyler Whitfield
C.O.
Shakes can help with calories, Vega, Plant Fusion, and Sun Warrior are all good. I like to add fruit and almond milk or coconut or rice or hemp or soy to mine. You can always search online for a table of how many calories foods have and try to eat foods that have higher amounts of calories if eating large amounts is difficult for you. -Dylan

C.O.
Dan, what about red beans or mung beans? Ever tried either of those in your shakes? Thanks for posting I'm going to do some shakes-periments. -Dylan
