I'd say the 3x6 barbell rows @ 275 lbs. was a nice one for me last night - felt like I would have been good for 8 on every set if I'd gone for it, any time something that was tough a few months ago becomes easy is a good day! :D

Oh the shame! I was happy with my 155 lbs squat, 4 sets, 8 reps. Also 95 lbs overhead press at 4x8 and 155 lbs bench at 4x8.
