Thanks guys! Yeah I am really feeling great about it. My mindset has completely changed. I never used to have a plan, just a general kind of "idea" of what I was doing. But now I am set on a specific course, and I am seeing results. I've always been aware that bodybuilding and fitness are longterm things that don't happen over night, but right now it feels different because I know I'm doing it right. So even though the progress is slow, I know I'm in the right direction, rather than screwing around like I was before.

Great progress, Richie!

How's everything going for you? Any more progress on your fat loss?

Here's another photo, that's how far I got. But I have had some problems of late, held me back, and I can't make total excuses, I have been lazy to an extent as well, I know I could try harder despite what has been happening. But I'm back on track now, and intend to shred again.

Looking good, mate!

Keep after it! I know there are bumps in the road sometimes, but the more we focus on forward progress, the closer we get to where we're trying to go.

All the best!

Thanks WW and Robert. That last photo was still from last year. Been a while, but back on track now, working through the end of a shoulder injury. So here's where I'm at right now. Once again, I'm serious, let's see how far I get.

Had something great happen at work yesterday - a dude I work with found I was vegan, and said "You hear about vegans being all skinny and weak, but you're not". Stereotype destroyed! Keeps me motivated in my training, that's what we should aim for.

Look great dude. Hearing that must have been amazing. As I have no interests in professional bodybuilding or aspirations in competing, this is my ones motivation. When I am at a demo or a protest, for people to see someone in better shape and health than them, sticking up for our furry friends.
