C.O.
Soy protein isolate is in just about every processed fake meat alternative that comes in a box. Most of us already know its not a healthy choice. I just came across soy protein concentrate. Have any of you seen this labeling? It was on a cereal sold at Trader Joes. Google isn't doing me justice right now. Please reply if you know the difference, or if you know if there is a difference. Thanks, -Dylan
PittyLove
When you isolate something, you concentrate it as well. So I think they are the same thing.
Fallen_Horse
There is definitely a difference. Wiki has a good breakdown between the two: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soy_protein#Isolates There are still some concerns about the processing of concentrates/isolates, so make up your own mind about that.
