IronMum
After I finish at the gym and come back home, my ear gets blocked. This only happens after a heavy session. I take care to breathe properly and not hold my breath but I could be more diligent. Today was a particularly strenuous gym session. Anyone else get this? It's driving me nuts. It resolves itself eventually but it's really annoying. I haven't been sick, no ear infections, nothing.
carrot topless
Sometimes I push myself so hard I get ringing in my ears and the raging squirts. I don't know if it is related in any way, I am just saying.

C.O.
what do you mean by blocked? Does it feel like air pressure change like when you are taking off or landing in an airplane or if not describe it better. -Dylan
Maximus
Interesting. I have had this a few times and always sound deaf trying to talk to people afterwards for an hour or so. I always put it down to having earphones in and listening to oldskool Downset too loud. Now, maybe not.
