Has anyone noticed a difference in attitude when lifting regularly compared with when not? I have noticed I am a much nicer person when I regularly lift heavy. I am a lot more easy-going, forgiving, patient etc.

I get crabby as hell if I have to take a week or more off from training. It's how I blow off steam, and without being able to get to the gym, I'm always tense and wound up.
