Here was today's workout with a 20 kg kettlebell: 1 set of 15 one handed swings2 sets of 10 two handed swings4 sets of 10 good morning raises5 sets 5 of military press (one handed)3 sets of 5 bent presses3 sets of 10 shoulder raises (lateral raises)3 sets of 10 pass between legs I should have taken a before and current picture, I am starting to see a big difference.
