Jon's Kettlebell Journey

I have been using the kettlebells "religiously" since returning from Las Vegas in early June.

 

Here was today's workout with a 20 kg kettlebell:

 

1 set of 15 one handed swings

2 sets of 10 two handed swings

4 sets of 10 good morning raises

5 sets 5 of military press (one handed)

3 sets of 5 bent presses

3 sets of 10 shoulder raises (lateral raises)

3 sets of 10 pass between legs

 

I should have taken a before and current picture, I am starting to see a big difference.

Awesome that you are starting to see a difference, that must be encouraging and motivating.

 

Yeah man, I always take before, during and after photos when I'm training.
