Bench Dips:
BW + 135 lbs x 25 reps, followed by BW x 60 reps

Can't do standard dips anymore due to shoulder aggravation. Wish I could because I loved doing them. Now I have to resort to bench dips as they do not cause any pain.

Over the weekend ~ tough 253 squat and an easy 220 paused bench...

Solid deadlifts there, how was that set?

Heavy week last week I managed 231 bench for a couple of sets, 264 squat and a comfortable 400 deadlift.
Two weeks out from my meet, bodyweight is stable at 141 so I'm really enjoying not having to worry about dieting or making weight.

Nice, MF.

Not thrilled about it but I hit 4x150 lbs OHP today. I thought I'd get 5.

Dumbbell chest press: 88 x 7

That was after about 10 sets of bench so I was fairly happy with that.

Bodyweight is held at 141, now 1.5 weeks out from my meet.

407 deadlift last night, had to work a bit for it but wasn't as tough as I was expecting it to be which was good.
