Well I get to do a nice long job hunt..... My client went to a nursing home to leave me jobless and my boss can't give me steady work. So since I am a bit stressed and depressed and ate junk I am gonna go do cardio!

I WON TICKETS TO A HOCKEY GAME!!!! That kinda perked me up after a rough day. Now to find someone to go with since I have 2 tickets lol

Thank you :)I have actually lifted more but since it isn't a lift i get to do often i don't stay strong. Trainer thinks shrugs for girls is not good. Was nice to not do upright rows for a change

Race day so will have a new pic to post today after I run. Wish they were handing out beer instead of pie and cider..... kinda shocked that I had a comment on my facebook about my shrug pic from a self absorbed trainer/ bodybuilder from my gym. A compliment from him is worth a lot lol. Time to start getting layered up for the run cause it is a cool morning.

Was only a 5k and it was my first. I didn't know they were even there until after I crossed the line and my mom grabbed me and hugged me

Great pics, well done! Looks like it was a great run and 33 is a pretty good time! I'm sure you can creep inside 30mins with a bit more training... you're definately officially a runner now hehe.

I came in 21st out of 50 women my age, 210th out of 511. I am so damn proud of myself because I never thought A I would ever run B ever run and C ever sign up for a run. I have a run next month that I am hoping to creep in under 30 min

Thanks girl. I am very proud of myself! Bucket list is starting to get shorter :) It was a very crisp morning and actually ready for my run next month as long as I can get some runs in between then for practice. How's the knee????
