I start my workouts with Eivor Palsdottir, and when I am fully erect I move on to the hard stuff. Amon Amarth is good, they have helped me a lot with motivation, not always motivation to lift, but motivation.

I'm a guitarist and more into blues, but I do listen to a bit of rock/metal/prog when I train. Probably my favourite groups are Dream Theater, Megadeth and lately I've been digging Chickenfoot (basically Van Halen but with Satriani on guitar).
Marillion remain my all time favourite band, have been a fan of theirs for over 20 years now.

Marillion also did a fantastic cover of Britney's 'Toxic' a few years ago, way better than the original version. I'll try and find it when I get back to work - worth a listen!
