Don't have current numbers and would of had 2 last night but trainer didn't want to stress my ankle further...

I probably do not qualify since I am just not going to attempt to test my bench. Last test was DL- 215 and Squat 180x3

Anyone thought of putting together a pull ups table? With pull ups and chin ups totals? I would set it up but don't know how baha

I'll put you up on the table, but without a bench, I won't list your total or Wilks rank. Please clarify, are your lifts in lbs or kg?

My current 1RM calculations as of the end of this cycle (today):

Squat: 5x310 lbs -> 361 lbs
Bench: 5x210 lbs -> 245 lbs
Deadlift: 6x380 lbs -> 455 lbs
