Hmmmm, just looked through his Facebook and sounds like he is currently getting ready for the Arnold Classic. So I'm guessing he isn't in the mix this year.

Just looked it up and he may have been in the qualifiers from septembers qualifiers, think he was mentioned as he broke a world record shoulder pressing a 250lb dumbbell for 11 reps.. WHAT THE FUCK!!

250lb dumbell? i cant help but laugh at some of their weights! i got a mate in work, he works for another company but subcontracts to the one i work for sometimes. hes the most naturally strong guy ive ever met, eats junk food all day smokes and drinks all weekend. i keep telling him to put it to good use but he just laughs at me! i honestly think he could do well in strong man stuff, maybe not the worlds but nationals definately! im always laughing at him in work cuz of the stuff hi lifts.

poundstone is a cool guy super intense!

It's pretty crazy when you think about what they lift, then again a lot of them are more than twice the size of a lot of us haha.
