Hi you all,

I have been vegan for 5 years. I went vegan right away after watching Earthlings. I am Czech, but currently living in USA -> CzechMeOut :lachmal: Anyways, I started working out regularly about a year ago, and now I added some running into my workout routines. I have heard many good things about this forum, so I am looking forward to be part of this vegan community :)

You should be careful how you write "MF". It is an abbreviation of something else, something not very nice.

Tezi, welcome to the group, I visited Czech Rep for the first time about a year ago, its amazing there. Do you miss it?
Mini, I bet the MF stands for Metal Face like MF Doom right?

But I have a feeling that CT was alluding to the word "Motherfu$*#r".
