Question, I tweaked my back so I am avoiding lifting. Should I also avoid pushups or do you guys think they are safe to do with a back injury as long as there isn't any pain coming from doing them?

Hi Dylan,
i can't feel your back, but i think you should feel yourself if it's possible to do some sets of pushups without pain or hard strain. if you can do that, than i do the pushups. i also have a back injury which doesn't affect my pushups in any way. ofcourse every injury is different, so is every person :D
if it feels liek you can do it, than do it would be my advice.
