Squat, bench, DL & occasional running

Is that in lbs? so you'll be going for a 200Kg deadlift and a 150Kg squat? you can do it man I couldn't imagine deadlifting that much ahha

Thanks guys, glad you liked the video + pics.

 

I took Sunday and yesterday off, back to the gym tonight. Next couple of weeks will just be instinctive training, nothing too full on and just resetting my body. I'll be easing back into using knee wraps and my squat suit as I'll be using them for the next meet in April. Squat numbers should jump up to 300+ fairly fast I would have thought haha.

Thanks man, well I took Sunday and Monday off and my first post-meet session was last night.

 

Just got off the phone with a new NZ supplement company that makes vegan protein (among other things). Talking through possible sponsorship so should know soon... fingers crossed.

I approached them by email last week and followed it up with a phone call yesterday, and sounded really positive about the whole thing
