Re: mrbears training log
Can't get over how much food you can put away, you must have a great appetite... and metabolism ?!
Re: mrbears training log
lol, i put fat on real easy, well i did when i was eating animal products anyway. i eat a large volume of food but its fairly low calorie i think thats what it is. i might eat 10 baked potatoes in one go but i have nothing on them so it works out less calories than say a big mac or summin. and i think i have to eat so much because of this, what do you reckon? i had a 17 banana smoothie for my dinner tonight

i think id put weight on quick if ate alot of nuts and peanut butter and oils etc

Holy crap, not sure if I could eat two baked potatoes in one go.
Then was just reading about one of RC's running buddies that is eating 35+ bananas in a day. WTF ?!

Re: mrbears training log
I know I should eat more. I probably eat 4-6 pieces fresh fruit a day and a fair amount of veges. The other common foods I eat a lot of are things like oats, quinoa, homemade muesli, chickpeas/lentils/legumes, rice and salads. I probably have a takeout from one of our local vegetarian/vegan restaurants once or twice a week ~ that's my treat and something I look forward to.
Re: mrbears training log
sounds good mate, i want to eat more quinoa, had it a few times. theres no resteraunts like that round here just the usual junk food places!
