yeh its good motivation thats for sure!

high reps working well boss, i like to kinda keep fit as well as lift weight so it makes my workout a little bit more cardiovascular that way when i start cycling etc again in the spring i wont be too bulky or unfit! i love the pumps from high reps also!

how are things with you?

yeh its probably cuz i dont normally train 2days in a row, nevermind mirror doesnt lie haha

i did a set of leg press in the gym a while back, i did 127 reps of 100kg for a bet  its a leg press where you press horizontally tho not up on an angle. so i guess my home workouts are medium reps?

Haha well I don't think I could physically do 100+reps of anything! I did quite high rep leg extensions after squats and felt like my legs were on fire

Yeah 127, funny aye.

I thought it would be an interesting challenge but to be honest I kind of got a bit bored in the middle.

Just saw Edd, he looks awesome !! Does he take much looking after? Not the most common pet haha.

Pretty cool though, how did you come to inherit him?

I have grown to love the leg extension.... call me crazy and I love that burn you get from them!

I really like them as a warmup and/or pre-exhaust movement. Great exercise to do before you squat.
