Hello All,

25 years old now. 7 years ago, I was fat and could barely do one push-up. Since then, I've been hitting the gym and trying to get my diet straight. Got into normal shape and size but nothing special.

Gonna give Veganism a try. I am not looking for the extreme BB results, just want to lose another 16 pounds and gain 6-8 pounds of useful muscle, no rush either.

I have many concerns and questions but I have decided to give veganism a good shot (two months).

Any advice will be appreciated!

Thanks. Tod.

Good luck mate, I'm sure you'll have a great experience with it.

Awesome. Tod, I read the title and I just had to open up and see. What did you eat for your first no-meat dinner? Did you enjoy it? I think this site will help a lot. Shoot people direct questions or to their threads if you have them. More than welcome to shoot some questions my way as well.

Welcome to the community here,

-Dylan

Have a great weekend MF.
