Thanks for the correction. Try the power lentil pilaf or whatever he calls it. It's quick, easy & tasty. It can get kind of dry sometimes so I will add in a marinara sauce or something similar.

The problem i have with most vegan cooking sites is i do not like or am i able to buy fake meats and cheeses and etc. and SO many of the recipes consist of those.

been finding a lot of great recipe blogs lately:

http://hobbyandmore.blogspot.com/
http://veganbreakfast.tumblr.com/ (links to recipes and lots of great blogs)
http://veggiesonthecounter.com/
http://www.vgan-jar.com/ (this one has a great protein bar recipe I have been using)

I know I have more but that is just off the top of my head...

Oh She Glows: http://ohsheglows.com/recipes/

Honestly I haven't tried any of her recipes yet tho ... I'm still collecting new and interesting ingredients that I never knew existed.. like kale and nutritional yeast and steel cut oats etc.

Her website was definitely inspirational on my decision to go Vegan. Her vegan cooking looks amazing... I wish she would invite me over to taste test with her.

This one might be old news to most, but I just found it after following a link on my twitter feed:
Whole Foods Market Vegan Recipes
At last count there were 722 recipes, I browsed through the first few pages and it looks like there's some great stuff.

I found the best pin board... ie. all pictures, all vegan recipes. I've started my own pin collection for recipes and I pulled a ton off of here:

http://foodgawker.com/post/category/vegan/

I'm keeping all the junk food off my own board... too tempting.

All vegan recipes should be lactose free. You many not be able to replace gluten products in a recipe easily but there are some websites that can help with that like this one
