Hi Harry, welcome to the forum and what is a pretty cool little community

 

Have a read through some of the threads on here, there's people at all different levels of strength and fitness. The training journals are a great source of motivation & information and there's a lot of active posters in them, so it's always a good place to start. Look forward to seeing how you get on with things, don't be afraid to ask if there's anything you need or aren't sure of MF.
