Wasnt sure best forum for this so I went with first instinct.

Before I started paying close attention to my health, I recall a past flat mate making his own drinks with electolytes in it. I cant remember what he used but will hit him up when I see him.

Does anyone else make them? I would be keen to try a few of all your ideas!!!

i squeeze the juice of some lemons and limes into my water for cycling sometimes! dunno about the electrolytes but its refreshing and natural

My chemistry teacher used to go on rants about the price of gatorade/powerade and similar sports drinks. He mixes up kool-aid, some water and, salt. Really that's all you need to replenish your electrolytes because all an electrolyte is, is a salt ion.
