Thanks, yes I am very lucky Michael. Beats living back in the UK any day !!

I've had a few PM's asking where is a good place to buy PL'ing gear like squat shoes, suits etc. Well there's a few around that are good (Ken Anderson is one of them), but this site has always been the best in terms of price, service and selection of products :D

Just about to head to the gym for some Boxing day chest work, main focus will be some heavy board work hopefully finishing up with a single board for a triple.

913 is my current competition best, I could hit a little more in the gym but obviously on the day of the meet you're probably going to lose a little strength by the time you get to the DL's :?

Glad to see you had a good christmas with the family. Chances are I won't be on again for new years, so enjoy that as well! Do you stay in with the kids or go out somewhere?

Way to get in there for a post holiday workout. Impressive numbers too man! Good resting pulse rate also. I think mine is usually in the high 50's if i'm not doing a fair amount of cardio and/or laying off caffeine.

Here's to 2013 and more gains!

Cheers! I reckon 2013 is going to be great, I'm excited for what it will bring.
I've just arrived in Wanaka, having a New Year vacation with the family. 420km away from Christchurch so it was a decent drive! It's beautiful though, middle of nowhere and about as peaceful as it gets. Just about to pour a beer and start unwinding...
