Hi my friends
I am thinking of taking creatine, want to start as soon as possible.
Althought, I have heard that creatine, for women, increases the liquids retention on the body. Is that true?

creatine does increase water retention....... in women and men, i have taken it in the past before i was vegan, i wont bother again though ill just stick to good diet!

Yep it makes your body retain water but no nasty side effects, I suppose it all depends on your goals whether or not it is right for you or not

Water retention isn't the case for me. It actually makes me leaner and gives me pumps when I lift

I retain water in my body naturally, so maybe it won´t be the best choice.
