A few pics from the holiday (sorry I don't have the time to resize them all). Apartment was luxury, weather was hot (apart from one day of rain) and the company was unbeatable..

Thanks Mike. Yep, lots of snow-covered mountains where we were. That last pic where everyone (except me) is sat in the spa pool, the gym is in the building off to the left. Dumbbells only went up to 22.5kg and I could only load up 90kg on the bar, I did a couple of easy sessions but it was pretty improvised to say the least.

I've been to Snowden before, cool place. I did a hike around there on a day off from a charity bike ride I was doing at the time, was lovely.

resting heart rate of 40? dammit i want mine 40! at least you managed to work out a little in the resort gym, they probably never thought of putting weights big enough for a deadlift champ in there :lol:
