Of course that counts mate, sounds like cardio to me.
Fingers crossed your back comes right soon, are you icing it or doing anything specific to try to help it heal faster?

no i havent done anything else really, its not really really painful its more of an ache but it only doesnt ache when i stand so its hard to chill out......it doesnt normally hurt this much after a chiropractor session.......my job ruins your back.

1 hour 35 mins coastal powerwalk with the dog.........dull and windy but really refreshing with the spray from the sea smashing into the cliffs going over us! scrumpy is tired now heres a pic

managed to have a good chest and forearm workout tonight. benching didnt hurt my back
was supposed to do chest tomoro but think ill go have my back looked at again.... feeling pumped up and awesome now as long as i dont bend down

I like the lat pull down, its obviously not gonna be as effective as a pull up but its less of an effort, how much do you rekon it'll set you back??

where you been.........yeh chins are better but they suck! i would like to do some higher reps for back so thought a machine would do the trick.....not too sure on price yet i might make one cuz ive got all my own welding and cutting gear, we'll see!
went to the chiropractor again tonight cuz i thought that something hadnt gone in properly last week and thats why its still sore.......but, everythings in place and ive pulled a muscle in the lower right hand side of my back grrrrr really not impressed, feels like as soon as i start getting somewhere i get injured......

oh yeh, did 20mins spinning bike at 5.30 am going to do this everyday now...low intensity see if i can melt off some fat.

I hear ya on the getting injured. I am still recovering from power steering going out and pulling muscles in my shoulder. I couldn't handle a bike ride in this cold but would love to do that as temp warms up
