I have both of Kai Greene's DVD's, I really like watching the guy train and he's pretty cool to listen to. One of the thinkers of the sport.

Diet were kind of good today, but I am still having lots of rice, have to go easy on rice. Brazilian´s food is very healthy, at least when some Brazilians don't go to the fast foods.
I had my fake eggwhites for breakfast, some melon and fake cheese.
Banana is my favorite snack.
For lunch, I enjoy having our daily basis: rice & beans, adding some leaves, like lettuce, kale, watergress for salad. Also with some tomatoes and sometimes, when I don´t have rice, I go on sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.
My protein source comes from beens and soy beans. Sometimes lentils, chickpeas, eggplant.
soygurt, fugi apples, small amounts of bread for afternoon snack.
For dinner, the same I had for lunch.
One our of walking at the beach today.

Hei @maybenot :)

Just use the regular kebab pack, that we can find in every market here in Brazil.
Do the same thing as a kebab but without the ground meat. I use soy "meat" protein (PTS, we say here in Brazil) and cook into the oven. Than is ready!

Use a lot of garlics, onions and tempers.
Delicious

Enjoy

Yep, @Arvid Beck.

Diet is working better than working outs, but is ok. When my workouts don't go so well, I try to focus on diet.

And u?

Take care.

cheers
